SendHeat Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

SendHeat is designed for sales, marketing, and professional communication tracking. You agree not to use the Services to:

• Track individuals without a legitimate business purpose or in violation of local privacy laws.
• Distribute spam, malware, phishing attempts, or unsolicited bulk emails.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any security mechanisms of the SendHeat extension or backend APIs.

Buitron Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or generate excessive spam reports.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of SendHeat (such as unlimited tracking or link-click analytics) may require a paid subscription.

• Payments: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Command Center dashboard. Access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. Intellectual Property

The Services, including but not limited to the extension code, dashboard interface, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Buitron Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

While we strive for perfect accuracy, Buitron Inc. does not guarantee that tracking pixels will bypass all third-party email security filters, image proxies (e.g., Apple Mail Privacy Protection), or ad-blockers. We are not liable for any lost revenue, missed business opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
