SendHeat Privacy Policy

Buitron Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use the SendHeat Chrome Extension, Google Workspace Add-on, and the associated command center dashboard (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

When you use SendHeat to track an email, we collect only the minimum data required to facilitate the tracking service:

  • Tracked Email Metadata: When you hit "send" on a tracked email, we securely store the Recipient's Email Address, the Subject Line, and the Timestamp of the sent email.
  • Engagement Telemetry: When a recipient opens an email or clicks a tracked link, we collect their IP address, User-Agent (device/browser type), and the timestamp of the event to provide you with read-receipts and click data.
  • Account Data: If you register for a SendHeat Command Center account, we collect your email address and authentication tokens via our secure SSO providers (e.g., Google Sign-In).

2. What We DO NOT Collect (Inbox Privacy)

SendHeat operates on a strict zero-knowledge architecture regarding your personal inbox:

  • We do NOT read your emails. The extension only interacts with the specific outgoing emails where you have explicitly enabled the SendHeat tracking toggle.
  • We do NOT read your inbox history. We have no access to your past emails, received emails, or email body contents.
  • We do NOT harvest contacts. We do not scan, sync, or download your Google Contacts or address book.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the core functionality of the Service (notifying you when emails are opened or links are clicked).
  • To display your historical sending analytics on your private Command Center dashboard.
  • To filter out "Bot" opens (such as Apple Mail Privacy Protection or Google Image Proxies) to ensure your open-counts are accurate.

We will never sell, rent, or lease your data or your recipients' data to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your tracking data is stored securely on our encrypted Supabase database clusters. You have the right to request the complete erasure of your account and all associated tracking data at any time. You can archive or delete specific email logs directly from your Command Center, or email us to request a complete account wipe.
