SubSentry is a subscription tracking and personal finance management application. The Service allows you to manually input, track, and analyze your recurring expenses.
3. User Responsibilities & Accuracy
SubSentry is an organizational tool. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. SubSentry does not connect directly to your bank accounts to verify charges or automatically cancel subscriptions on your behalf. We are not responsible for any overdraft fees, missed cancellation deadlines, or financial losses resulting from inaccurate data entry or ignored reminders.
4. SubSentry Pro & Purchases
SubSentry offers premium features ("Pro Features") accessible via a one-time purchase or subscription.
- All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Pricing is subject to change.
- We do not process refunds directly; any refund requests must be routed through Apple or Google in accordance with their respective store policies.
5. Privacy & Data Ownership
Your privacy is fundamental to our Service. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, your financial data is stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of your data, nor do we sell it to third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, design, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Buitron Inc. and its licensors. SubSentry is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Buitron Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
